EmpacITy is a boutique organizational growth agency working with companies of 50 to 5,000 people across four cities. We combine applied psychology with the lived experience of running large delivery organizations.
The founder
Dan Tudorache — an executive technology leader turned advisor and coach.
Dan spent close to two decades inside technology organizations — solution architect, then global delivery director — accountable for large teams, large budgets and the kind of decisions that cannot be undone quietly.
He then added formal training in psychology and coaching, not to change careers but to answer the question that kept recurring: why capable people, given a clear strategy, still fail to work well together.
He is not a consultant who read about your world. He has carried the same accountability your leaders carry, and he brings a psychologist's read on what is actually happening in the room.

Four things we will not compromise on
Behavior, not belief
We do not measure whether people enjoyed the session. We measure whether their team can name something they now do differently.
Diagnose before you design
Every engagement starts with evidence: interviews, assessment, a baseline. Programs built on assumptions produce satisfaction scores, not change.
Practice beats presentation
People do not learn hard conversations from slides. They learn them by having one badly in a safe room, then again better.
Tell the truth to the sponsor
If the diagnostic says the problem is structural rather than developmental, we say so — even when it costs us the program.
